$1.5M+ AUD processed across 100+ devices in 10 days, zero critical failures
Card payments through Stripe Terminal and RFID wristbands for pre-loaded credit, running on 100+ Sunmi and Zebra terminals. Venue wifi could not be relied on per transaction, so connection loss was treated as the normal operating condition rather than an edge case.
Matching loads to vehicles in real time
A two-sided marketplace where the hard part is dispatch, not the map
A relocation and freight platform connecting customers who had something to move with drivers who had the right vehicle to move it — live, with both sides watching the job progress on a map. Think Uber, but where the vehicle has to actually fit the load.
